Responsible For Growing UP Market in Bitumen & Modified Bituminous Product Such as PMB,CRMB, Emlusions Grades Across Uttar Pradesh.-Create New Key Accounts & their Management .- Business Development & Approvals From Various Departments Such as NHAI ,BRO,MES,PWD,CPWD.- Projects & Sales Handling For Various Departmental Road Projects Across Uttar Pradesh.

- Identifying suitable commercial properties .-opening new hotels in assigned geography,negotiating commercials, the scope of work & finalizing acquisition deals.-Building joint business plans with key partners like Property developers, landlords project consultant and property brokers in orders to have profitable business association.Liaising for legal due diligence and paperwork.-involved in signing & acquiring SOB portfolio.-Coordinating with various departments internally during the property on bording process to ensure end to end closure on each property launch on the ground .-Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of Growth opportunity acquisition through strong relationship with property owners.

1.To make powerfull and successful sales presentation in different settings,to keep abreast with the organisation product and services,to crack profitable deals and referrals to achieve sales targets.2.Achieving stretched targets in a result-focus environment.3.Preparing pre sales proposal for prospective clients.4.Delivering inspiring sales presentation to convert prospect to successful sales.5.Handling objection and resolving member customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings.6.Identifying potential customer and new business opportunities.7.Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.8.Being updated on new products and services.Provide necessary support in booking for firstholiday of new members and generate quality referrals from them.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Have a complete and through knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations.  Have a complete understanding of the operation of all food service equipment. Set up the work station at the beginning of the shift. Maintain a clean and safe work area during service – clean as you work. Fill orders promptly to keep the line moving. Suggest additional items for purchase with the order to upsell. Maintain a pleasant rapport with all customers and co-workers. Save all personal and casual conversations until after shift. Have a general knowledge of Coral World including exhibits and feeding times, etc. At shift closing, completely break down and thoroughly clean station. Fill out requisition form and restock station. Pick up items from the kitchen to restock station. Assist others to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant. Perform other duties as needed to ensure a smooth operation of the Food & Beverage Department.
