Current Maintaining Project wise Cost Sheet and MIS Report ( month / Quarterly) Handling (coordinate with consultant) of Statutory Activities like Income Tax , ESIC, EPF, D-VAT, CST, Service Tax, EXCISE, TDS,UP VAT, Gujarat VAT, etc. Billing Schedule, Monitoring books of Accounts in Tally ERP 9, Invoice raising (Excise/Commercial/Service), Monitoring Payroll Generations, Sub- contractors/ Vendors Payment, Bank Reconciliation (BR) and Other Bank Related Works(Letter of Credit/BG/CC Limit ), Maintain Fixed Assets Register. Issuing Road permit for dispatch of Materials( Form 38 for UP, Form 403 for Gujarat ), Preparing Profit and loss account and Balance Sheet for Auditor Support Import related documentary works ( coordinate with consultant)
