Coach, support and motivate the field staff to achieve targets.• Upgrading knowledge and skills of the field staff through continuous on-the-job training.• Developing the field staff to successfully implement the concept of Customer Relationship Management.• Identify gaps in knowledge, skills and behaviour of RSMs and recommend development plan.• Review the performance of the field staff on a monthly basis and utilise the opportunity to encourage the generation and use of new ideas while coaching and developing the team.• Resolve any grievance or conflict amongst the field staff in order to maintain a highly effective and productive team.
