WORK PROFILE.> Plan and coordinate Smart Card production in Full Auto Punching and Lamination Line (Wuhan Wenlin Technology).> Controlling Smart Card Punching and Lamination work, Make changes in punching program, Check the working of related machines connected to Punching and Lamination machine.> Maintaining the temperature cycle for lamination work.> Quality Control of Smart Card, Effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize Smart Card production.> Identify unsafe operations and practices in Lamination machine and report the same to Manager immediately, Perform analysis to reduce PVC card.> Evaluate current Smart Card production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
