My journey in the corporate world has come full circle, bringing me back to Maxima Watches, a brand that holds a special place in my heart. For those who may not know me, my name is Ritesh Tripathi , and I am thrilled to rejoin the Maxima family as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing. Allow me to share a bit about my professional background. I began my journey with Birla Yamaha as a Area Sales manager from 2000 to 2005 then I joined Maxima as a Regional Manager Sales from 2005 to 2009. During those formative years, I had the opportunity to work with many of you, contributing to the growth and success of this remarkable brand. After my tenure at Maxima, I joined Casio as a Zonal Manager Sales, and within a year, I was promoted to National Manager. This role allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the diverse market dynamics and hone my leadership skills. Following Casio, I moved to Garmin, where I was responsible for overseeing government, retail, e-commerce, and corporate business. This experience broadened my perspective and equipped me with the knowledge to navigate various business segments. In recent years, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, starting my own venture. This endeavor taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, innovation, and the importance of customer-centric approaches.
