Conduct CAR (Causal Analysis and Resolution) to identify root cause. Monitor and Analyze Metrics and implement Corrective Actions. Participate and represent Project in IDC quality reviews to Update Core plans for CMMi adherence (ON Need basis) Provide support to AO and SMS teams
