Enable developers and application builders to build Zero Liability products and prevent data theft and breaches. Modeled after Apple’s iCloud Keychain (but even better!), the combination of SDK and supporting backend service provide a foolproof mechanism for app-developers to integrate data security and privacy into any application - both for consumer domain as well as enterprise space.Especially useful for SaaS services, and for protecting ultra-sensitive data where theft or loss can lead to irrecoverable damage.

As a consulting Chief Architect for Occupiers Group within JLL Technologies (JLLT), helped with developing multiple new products in commercial real-estate space for various enterprise use- cases.Also led the effort to build "MyJLL" - an internal platform to streamline authentication and authorization infrastructure for all JLL applications, both employee-facing and customer-facing, working with different application teams and development groups across the globe.

Chief Architect for a new BU established in silicon valley to focus on Automotive Intelligent Systems and Services.Co-invented and conceptualized Continental's Key as a Service (KaaS) product, leading to several patent filings. Built the team from scratch to deliver on the complete system, comprising of hardware and firmware components that communicate with the vehicle access systems, as well as cloud backend and mobile apps to enable a smartphone to act as a key for the vehicle.Also acted as Chief security expert for the BU, with security being paramount to all new automotive IoT products with any kind of connectivity, especially so for Key as a Service.

Venture funded startup (NEA and Valhalla) in the space of cloud information search and collaboration, across all the various cloud storage services (e.g. Dropbox, GDrive, GMail, Evernote, GCalendar) as well as social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc). The SaaS service enabled users to easily search & navigate through all their personal information from a single point, and privately engage with others in their network around this consolidated content.

One of the early pioneer companies in big-data analytics - providing security analytics and business intelligence solutions primarily to ISPs and big telco customers. With standalone product deployed in the biggest of the internet POPs, it had to process billions of records per day in a streaming fashion.

Served as technical lead to build ad-serving system for Youtube, and mobile version of Orkut - the then leading social network in India and Brazil.

Startup in the space of entertainment content distribution to provide streaming-like instant gratification experience before streaming was technically feasible on the internet. Worked with other co-founders, including an ex-SVP of DirectTV, to develop business plan and end-to-end technical solution using an ingenious, patented, combination of physical and network based channels.

After acquisition of Torrent by Ericsson, worked with global architects and teams in 4 different countries to design high availability solutions for carrying data & voice traffic in cellular networks. Also served as Intellectual Property lead for the division, facilitating company's legal team in patent filings and cross-licensing deals in domain of data communications. Led tutorials and presentations on Internet Protocol and related technologies for global audience of employees as they got into emergence of internet for cellular networks.

On Sabbatical for summer from Ericsson.

As an early employee (one of first 3), touched upon all aspects of technology involved in creating a router from scratch - including hardware design, firmware design, system software running in conjunction with BSD networking stack (including device drivers, TCP/IP layers). Invented/co-invented novel forwarding algorithms to scale for the increasing speed of the internet, and filed several patents on different aspects of the technology. Very quickly became the de-facto goto person for all technical aspects of the product, as the company grew from 3 employees to over 200 after getting acquired by Ericsson - not just for other engineers, but also for sales and marketing teams, even helping in critical customer/partner conversations.

Designed a new transport layer (equivalent of TCP & UDP) optimized specifically for ATM networks, and implemented it in Brazil / plan9 operating system, along-with kernel device-drivers and ATM signaling.Also got to be awed by seeing some of the legends of Computer Science in the same building.
