Information Technology Manager
Current• Effectively Lead the Information Technology Department with Application and Infrastructure supporting operations of the Organization.• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT policies, and procedures in line with the Vision of the Organization.• Supporting the Organization’s Digital transformation strategy by exploring, analyzing, planning, and implementing suitable software or hardware solution.• Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.• Lead SAP Technology strategy and architectural goals within the global organization, including communication with business partners and stakeholders within the enterprise.• Accountable for daily operations of the Applications, processes, technologies, and service providersrelationships while partnering with functional consultants and business users.• Accountable for Management of the service desk and improving SLAs by implementing best practices from the ITIL framework.• Developing long-term Cloud Strategy with stakeholders, identifying & develop specific opportunities and supporting business cases, manage issues and risks.• Responsible for multiple aspects of the SAP Basis landscape including performance, system availability, project management, architecture, and strategy.• Provide hands-on leadership and operational support for the Team.• Developing and maintaining a strategic workforce plan that enables growth and career opportunities for the team.
