Responsible for team of legal professionals managing WW commercial legal issues with respect to the company's strategic sourcing, procurement, sales, and marketing of products and services. Assist with M&A, corporate initiatives, and corporate governance matters. Advise product management teams on open source, EULA, WW privacy and WW product warranty issues. Counsel sales teams on revenue recognition, channel strategy and anti-competition issues, and manage disputes and settlements related to commercial matters.

Responsible for team of global attorneys that manage legal issues affecting world-wide business operations, including issues affecting developing, manufacturing, marketing and selling WD desktop, mobile, datacenter, digital video and branded products. Accountable for WD’s legal function in the areas of strategic OEM, distribution and retail customer agreements and other commercial and technology transactions; branded product development, licensing and product regulatory matters; copyright/open source policies and procedures; and advertising legal review and policies across traditional and social media platforms. Lead privacy attorney advising on compliance with world-wide privacy laws in connection with collection of end user data.
