CurrentProvide support to users, addressing their IT-related concerns and issue.Provide exceptional end- user support, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues. Assisting users with Operating system problems including updates and configuration.Ensure Compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.Installing, configuring and updating software applications including security patches and drivers on servers and systems.Managing user accounts, permissions and access right often using Active Directory.Ensuring that all systems are protected from malware and viruses by installing and updating antivirus software.Setting up and monitoring data backup processes to prevent data loss and assisting with data recovery when necessary.Support the setup and Management of Virtual Machines. Hyper-V VM creationProviding remote support to users through tools like Remote desktop or Team Viewer or SCCM tool.Keeping track of hardware & software inventory, ensuring proper asset management.Maintaining records and creating SOP documents for future reference.Hands on experience on Network Monitoring tools like ZABBIX and OP Manager to check infrastructure device health and status.Monitoring logs and suspicious activity on servers and infrastructure systems with help of IBM QRADAR, WAZUH SIEM tools.To check server security patches by scheduling VA task monthly by using NESSUS tool.Hands on experience on ticketing tool Manage Engine Service Desk.Creating Google Accounts, LinkedIn account for users for business use and maintain records.Maintaining access record to the users on the server to access Data/share paths.Monitoring health status of servers, routers and switches and performing L1 troubleshooting if needed.Checking & Monitoring server updates and system logs, disk space, CPU and Memory utilization.Test and evaluate new technologies and software for potential developmentBasic Knowledge of Linux OS and MAC OS.
