• Worked in a cross functional team to engage different stakeholders (e.g., senior management, mid-level managers, frontline staff, and customers of organization) to understand pain-points (e.g., delays, bottlenecks, information gaps in internal and external communication) in current business processes and based on their inputs, formulate improved, to-be business processes.• Analyze and uncover key insights from qualitative data collected from client’s employees and customers to frame the guiding philosophy for the client. • Collaborated with project team to present the future strategies to the client for optimizing business processes through a detailed project report. • An integral aspect of this project was not only to identify necessary process improvements but also to facilitate collaborative brainstorming sessions, fostering consensus-building to arrive at an agreed outcome that works for all stakeholders involved.

This research project is conducted by QUT Business School on behalf of Inspector General of Emergency Management, Queensland Government. Apart from conducting interviews, I also coded the collected interview data using Nvivo software. Key responsibilities include: • Engagement with key stakeholders, i.e., residents of Brisbane, Gold Coast, Gympie, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, Moreton Bay, and Somerset regional council areas who were affected by floods during March 2022 through one-to-one interview. • Gain insights into the key issues and challenges faced by local community by exploring flood preparedness of the community, their information accessibility and gaps, responses to and attitudes towards flood communication, and suggestions for improvements in future communication strategies.• Conduct data analysis to derive key insights and communicate the same with project team members to arrive at consensus on key findings that are to be included in the report to be presented to the client.

As teaching assistant, I worked with unit coordinator for Advertising Works to develop the students' assessments covering shortlisting and finalizing real advertisements to be used, designing assessment instructions and CRA for evaluation of the assessments. Also, I assisted the unit coordinator to develop the lecture content material for this unit and delivered a lecture on digital advertising strategies.
