CurrentReporting directly to the CFO, I ensure that all business areas are equipped with the tools and systems needed to fully capitalize on new opportunities as the organization grows and evolves. Articulate vision and define strategies to align technical infrastructure with changing organisational needs and overall strategic plan for 740 affiliated clubs and 32 member associations. I drive infrastructure transformations, disaster recovery initiatives, contingency planning, capacity planning, service delivery, and enhancements to daily operations. Key to my success is the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with managed service providers and vendors, consistently achieving SLAs.• I propelled ICT to the forefront of Football NSW's strategic planning by articulating it as a return on investments rather than as an expense.• I reduced complexity and overhead costs while enhancing security and reliability by architecting and implementing a scalable and fault-tolerant platform to replace multiple legacy systems, migrating core services to the cloud (Microsoft Azure) and virtualized server environment (Hyper V) and transforming the phone system from on-premises to a cloud-based service system.• I delivered a robust ITIL framework and standardized the approach to service support, service delivery, infrastructure management, and security assurance for 60 users.• I instituted comprehensive disaster recovery and contingency management plans, upgrading the backup and disaster recovery system within the existing budget.• I implemented cloud-based applications including Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and data management systems.• Negotiated $1M three-year contract with Telstra• I project managed a full PC upgrade within a $165K budget, negotiating an end-to-end service with Lenovo.
