Keeping track and Calling them for further interviews. • Interacting with project managers to understand the manpower requirements in detail, about the number of positions to be closed, number of candidates to be recruited, experience level of people, time frame, technical abilities. • Sourcing candidates through various avenues- database, job sites, references , vendors • Pre-screening and validating of resumes. Forwarding the profiles to the respective account manager for short listing.• Inviting candidates for Technical Interview.• Coordinating interviews with the technical Panel & doing all follow ups till the closure.• Salary negotiations and generating the offer.• Doing Post Offer follow-up to make sure the candidate joins in time.• Conducting scheduled events (In House & Outstation).• Involved in Walk-in drives across locations.• Participating in various Job fairs & conducting recruitment walk-ins or Drives for mass requirements.• Good understanding (End user) of Microsoft Axapta (an internal Persistent recruitment System). • Involved in initial Background Verification process and Reference check of the new recruits. • Involved in Lateral Recruitment as well as employees who were on contract.• Was involved in hiring candidates of niche skills like Domain testers, Technical Support, Server Side testers, PHP, Business Objects, Pl/Sql developers etc• Currently working on Special skills.
