An Electrical Engineer with 17+years of experience in Project Execution & Commissioning. • Execution of Project as per Latest Drawing in accordance with Standard Engineering Practices as per defined time frame with Quality and Safety• .Issue, Review & Tracking of Engineering Drawings/Deliverables• Preparation of Drawing wise MTO(Material Take-Off), BOQ(Bill Of Quantity) & SOQ(Schedule of Quantity)• Preparation of Material & Service Purchase Requisition• Preparation of DOR(Division of Responsibility)• Supporting in Vendor-Contractor work award• Co-Ordination of all the project related stage wise activities among Apex, Consultant, Vendors & OEM• Preparation of PO Amendment & Approval from Apex with all necessary supporting documents • Providing guidance to Vendors for understanding of drawings & Clarification of Vendor’s doubts at each & every instant for smooth execution process• Tracking of Technical Submittals/Technical Data Sheets/Shop Drawings from Vendors & Following-up with Consultant Team for approvals of the same• Preparation of Material Delivery Schedule & Minimizing the time period for Long Lead Items • Material Issue, Lifting-Shifting & Reconciliation• Preparation of Work-Front Analysis• Identification & Resolution of Day-to-day Engineering/Materials/Manpower/Commercial Issues from respective Stakeholders• Stage wise Inspection/Quality Checks with respective Stakeholders as per approved Inspection Test Plan(ITP)• Co-ordination and performance of FAT (Factory acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for the electrical equipments• Liquidation of Punch-Points• Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Checks as per OEM recommendation. • Preparation of Test Reports, Inspection Test Plans & As-Built Drawings• HOTO(Hand Over Take Over) Procedure• Preparation of Project review reports & Weekly-Monthly liquidation plan and attending project review meeting with Site Apex Team• Working in co-ordination with other disciplines so as to resolve inter-disciplinary issues to rework [Operations (Process/Production/Maintenance) / Engineering Services Group (Civil/Mech. / Inst. / Elect.)]• Adherence of all safe work procedures(PTW, TBT, STA, JSA & HIRA) & Proper house keeping at workplace• Approvals from Chief Electrical Inspector & Lift Inspector for carrying out Statutory compliances• Preparation of CDR(Construction Deviation Request), ECN(Engineering Change Note), SER(Site Engineering Request) & NFA(Note for Approval)• Certification of Bills• Compliance of Audits (Billing/PSSR/Safety/Quality/Statutory/MIQA/Energy etc.)• Documentation
