Joined the company as a pixel artist in November 2004 then after six months I was promoted as a team leader for graphics team and in November 2006 I was made an Associate producer, my job responsibilities in the respective post where to design graphics for mobile games, Studying game concept and explaining the need of the graphics assets for the same to the team members, getting it approved from seniors and providing solutions wherever required to get the better output. As a producer my responsibility is to do all the above mentioned stuff apart from it I have to keep a quality check, generating better coordination between different teams and fasten the production process.
