Director Portfolio Management
Current Project Lead per PMBoK, Six Sigma, ITIL methodologies, cost-efficient design, strategic scheduling, and project planning to achieve positive cash flow and increased Net Present Value, with resource allocation loading based on past productivity. Ensure on-time documentation, QHSE-compliant construction, and delivery of large-scale projects, as well as identify and manage risks and claims. Bid preparation, estimation, submission, technical queries and resolution, pipeline creation and contract negotiation. Manage interactions with clients, external stakeholders, the Board of Directors, and Funders, including meetings, correspondence, reports, changing, and claim orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Plan recruitment and skill Improvement. Supervise project implementation, vendors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with contract schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Track progress, factory visits, and acceptance test witnessing and provide recovery action plans as needed. Ensure project Scope of Work is delivered on time and within budget, adhering to approved plans and codes. Monitor contractor compliance with the Quality Plan and drive corrective actions. Maintain thorough records of work performed, including daily and monthly reports. Control submittals from suppliers and subcontractors to comply with the progress schedule. Communicate project progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders. Collaborate with management to implement changes and resolve issues. Manage project invoicing and purchase orders and coordinate ordered equipment logistics. Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to standardise design and delivery processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability. Apply a deep technical understanding of Net Zero, Zero Emissions, Carbon Neutral initiatives, and energy efficiencies. Manage energy auditing and asset life optimisation and integrate advanced technologies for effective automation.
