Responsibilities:Oversee SHES clearance processes, including General, Height, Confined Space, Hot Works, Risk Assessments, and JSERA.Manage the installation and dismantling of mechanical equipment, such as tanks, piping, and structures.Operate earth-moving machinery, including Hydra and Crane, while supervising site personnel.Handle daily reporting, planning, and strategic influence.Provide strong strategic and commercial support to the Area Manager.Job Role:Offer analytical and decision-making support to the Area Manager for continuous improvement plans aimed at reducing operational costs.Engage in short, medium, and long-term site planning activities.Conduct mandatory monthly inventory counts and reconciliations, hold safety meetings, and complete the annual letter of assurance, ensuring all actions are recorded in the required database.Audit and inspect site operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies for safe practices.Maintain good housekeeping, record-keeping, and preventive maintenance programs.Assist in preparing fixed cost budgets, capital expenditures, staffing needs, equipment requirements, and updated resource models.Analyze site inventories to minimize stock levels and enhance profitability through effective stock rotation and management.Schedule daily employee activities to meet customer requirements, managing raw materials ordering and preventive maintenance effectively.Communicate and implement action plans to address operational issues.Manage communications and responses to outside regulatory agency audits and inspections, executing necessary action plans.Maintain, develop, and grow accounts safely and profitably, aligning with corporate goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Focal point for Operations & Maintenance and Projects works for the entire Green Hydrogen Plant facility – execution of all activities & management of interfaces and resources necessary for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant on a continuous basis.• Hands of Alkaline Electeolyser Functioning, Manufacturing & Testing.1. Upkeep, maintenance, repair, and replacement of static and rotary equipment (such as gas compressors, pumps, fans, filters, exchangers, air compressors, valves and other equipment & auxiliaries), equipment protection systems, auxiliaries, metallic & non-metallic piping, valves, PSVs etc.2. Comprehensive condition monitoring including greasing, lube oil sampling & analysis, LLF checks on all concerned critical equipment including vibration measurement, monitoring, analysis & diagnostics 3. Repair/overhauling, alignment checks and replacement of bearings, mechanical seals for pumps, compressors, blowers, motors, engines, gearboxes etc. 4. Insulation of piping, vessels, exchangers, compressors, pumps, and other packaged equipment in hot and cold services5. Inspection & maintenance of all other mechanical systems as per maintenance plans as well as relevant use of ASME,API,ASTM,ASC codes.6. DCS and field activities during regular operations as well as planned / unplanned shut down.7. Planning – Production of Green Hydrogen & accurate data logging for plant performance analysis.8. RCA , CAPA & Suggestion improvements.9. Performance reports & KPI’s.10. Maintenance planning & Scheduling – Preventive , Planned Shutdown.11. Prudent Industry standard practices implementation.12. Troubleshooting, Repair/ replacement works.13. Performance analysis of plant & KPI’s.14. Inventory optimization & Procurement plan of Spares & Consumables.
