• Responsible for achieving the set order booking/ revenue targets for the Strategic Sales vertical in the region by effectively handling Key accounts and taking care of their entire range of telecom requirements across all data & voice solutions. • Identifying & developing new leads from new / existing accounts, coordinating first kick-off meetings, reviewing customer requirements, identifying AES capabilities for designing resolutions, ensuring preparation of RFS and project take-off. Further, handling day-to-day customer management operations and providing timely resolution for customer issues and complaints. Matching customer requirements with AES capabilities• Responsible for practicing effective relationship management, especially for clients requiring data solutions, to nurture associations. • Identifying regions lacking last mile connectivity from AES network by working closely with the BSG (vertical) and feasibility team; Identifying other network providers in the region whom AES can partner with to provide last mile connectivity to customer.• Ensuring provision of after sales service to customers through the CC&D team, as per defined SLAs• Collecting customer feedback on key identified parameters (questionnaire) on a monthly basis• Organizing client engagement programs (road shows & parties) for key clients• Frequent interaction and relationship building with Customer IT/ Admin Heads/other representative of the allotted AES accounts.• Building and monitoring effective relationships with customers of assigned accounts by sharing specialized regional best practices etc.• Serving as the single point of contact for the customer’s mobility, fixedline & data needs• Timely and correct status of number achieved/funnel info in Sales Tracking System (STS) – region/ city-wise, service-wise, product-wise etc.• Updating Order Processing & Management System with status of billing, collections & management activities.
