I am a Computer Science Patent Examiner working in the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM) in India. With a strong background in computer science and over 500 patent applications examined, I have developed a deep understanding of the patent examination process and a keen eye for identifying prior art. My areas of specialization include computer architecture, data processing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IOT. I am proficient in using various databases, both free and paid, such as Google Patents, Google Scholar, PatentScope, inPASS, Espacenet, IEEE Xplore, Springer, LexisNexis, PATSEER among others. I am also skilled in using various patent search tools, including keyword searching, classification searching, among others. In addition to my expertise in patent searching, I am also skilled in conducting patent analysis. I have the ability to analyze patent applications and identify any gaps or issues that may exist in the application, which can help applicants improve the quality of their application and increase the likelihood of a successful patent grant.
