Apparel Supply planning & Category demand planning (Jun'22 - Till date)- Optimal and efficient month on month buying at B*V (brand X vertical) and further at BSKU (B*V*MRP*attribute) level - Developing BSKU template for buying purpose and for inventory health and modifying it wrt recent sales/business changes - Monitor on zero sale FSNs and solving on problematic issues for its reduction - Preparing Men's Clothing RCCP and monthly demand planning numbers - Analysis on day to day and event sale numbers for any anomaly and find ways to improve upon salesB. Flipkart Wholesale Central Ops, Programme Management (Feb'21-Jun'22)- Launching of new warehouse from ideation to completion stage and programme manage it to ensure timely completion of all phases.- Handling return operation of FKW Grocery warehouse to warrant smooth operation and zero pendency on floor- Project implementation of Six sigma project to ensure continuous improvement and cost saving. C. Control Tower Operations handling Supply Chain Management of Flipkart (Apr'19-Feb'21)- Monitor day to day warehouse operation activities- Troubleshooting and problem solving for warehouse issues to deliver upon functional and customer breach KPIs- Handling Infra/tech/manpower/external or other supply chain callouts to minimize impact on business and faster recovery- Analytical Data churning to identify hidden operational issues- Collaborating and engage with different teams for Festive event preparedness across all warehouses and also from tech, design, planning perspective- Supporting Central team in establishing new warehouses and small strategic sites for successful Go Live
