Responsibilities:• I have negotiated with the consultants on different contract terms like Corp to Corp, 1099 and W2.• During the process worked closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and produceapt resumes in time.• Recruiting the candidates based one the skills and experience and screening the candidates with the required skills. • Submitting the candidates only from the locals to consider our candidate as the 1st preference. • Extensively sourced candidates via the Job Boards, Web Search and Networking. Worked on all major job boards (e.g Monster, TechFetch, Dice etc.) • Extensively sourced candidates via LINKEDIN and having good conversation with the candidate and submitting to the client.• Answering employee questions regarding policies and procedures, open positions, and benefits• Pre-screen prospective candidates, negotiate and finalize salaries/rates for both contractors andpermanent hires and extended job offers.• Reporting to the Manager.• Understanding the requirement and searching resumes.• Telephonic Evaluation for Contract Positions.• 1 to 2 hours Quick Resume Submission Process for Contract Assignments.• Maintaining the candidates’ database of various levels.
