Offshore Account Manager

ICICI Bank hired me as a Sales Manager, to establish different channels of sourcing (DSA, SHPI, etc.) to build consumer preferences. I am currently facilitating Business Development Executive and handling all inbound & outbound sales promotional activities in coordination with other branches. Key focus area of my role included:Sales & Revenue Generation ~ Strategic Planning ~ Activation of Branch for Jewel Loans ~ Client Relationship Management ~ Training & Development ~ Liaising & Coordination / AdministrationI implement competitive strategies based on review & analysis of competition and market information to fine-tune the business development strategies.My role involve providing feedback on ICG / KYC/ NDC/ HS audits and evaluating current growth rate and planning new strategy laid for improving company’s stagnant sales turnover.Some highlights of my profile:►Activation of branch for Jewel Loans by ensuring availability of all required infrastructure, timely renewal & termination of appraiser & CRA agreements►Coordinating with branches on MIS (business / quality) reports to improve quality of jewel loans process in branch, controlling KYC / NDC discrepancy and overdue & NPA numbers► Imparting periodic training to branch staff i.e. refresher’s training, detail product and process trainings
