Civil Engineering Society is a non-profit organization under the Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Kharagpur. Its members include the undergraduate students, postgraduate students, faculty and research scientists.During my tenure as Secretary of CES, IIT Kharagpur, I would be conducting various events and educational trips, to provide an excellent platform for budding Civil Engineers to excel.

Megalith is the annual Civil Engineering technical fest of IIT Kharagpur. The latest edition of Megalith saw a participation of around 1200, from students of engineering colleges across the country. I worked on marketing and publicity of megalith . Megalith is India's largest Civil Engineering Department Fest. I worked in organizing all the events during the fest. I had to go to various colleges to do publicity of megalith.

National Cadet Corps is a Tri-Services Organization, comprising the Army, Navy and Air Force, engaged in grooming the youth of the country into disciplined and patriotic citizens. The National Cadet Corps in India is a voluntary organization which recruits cadets from high schools, colleges and universities all over India. The Cadets are given basic military training in small arms and parades.
