❖ Head Hunting for profiles of process developer to Top Management level. Proficient in sourcing, recruiting at all levels for technical and non-technical positions.❖ Business and Strategic Partnering - understand business priorities, annual operating plan and long term strategic plan; develop HR solutions with the hiring leaders to contribute to the success of the business objectives. ❖ Recruiting & staffing as per the requirement of the concern operation process team: searching candidates from Job Portals, social site, etc. Conducting the preliminary interviews over phone and line up candidate for next rounds of interview. Also, creating pipeline of candidates for the open positions.❖ Negotiating with the candidates ❖ Planning and executing recruitment activities including placing job advertisements, profile screening, candidates short-listing and interviewing, to support manpower needs in line with the Company's and concern operation team business objectives.❖ Has been a part of doing Pilot recruitments for different programs.❖ Follow-up for the feedback.❖ Has been a part of the calibration with the vendors; so as to smoothen the process of sourcing the potential candidates.❖ Maintaining the data of all the candidates on the tools like Lead Manager & Kenexa.❖ Keeping a check on the duplicity of the profiles/candidatures sourced.❖ Maintaining Daily & Weekly Recruitment Tracker for all open positions.❖ Has been responsible for driving and promoting the employee referral policies/programs. Responsible for managing the database for the referrals made as well as ensuring the timely delivery of the feedback to the referee.
