Handling the operation of Admission, placement and line up of companies.Payroll Processing of all employees.Delegate task to team and set deadlines. Monitor team performance and report on metrics.Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve issues regarding lead generation and any other issues as well.Oversee day-to-day operation.

Act as a communication channel between the relevant CO, the teachers teaching the course and the team, informing them on course matters. Liaise closely with the Assessment Coordinator for the course to ensure the smooth running of the course overall.Ensure that course documentation, including Intended Learning Outcomes, is clearly specified and that any course changes go through the appropriate approval procedure. Ensure that staff teaching the course are clearly informed about what is required of them through inductions and/or individual meetings as appropriate.Analyze feedback and statistical data and report on the course each quarter.
