Responsible for overall growth and presence of the organisation in Bangalore and surrounding areas. Focused on recruitment, organisational development and learning and development interventions for clients based in these areas. Headed new product development within HR Footprints, working on innovative, value adding, people-centric products in the HR space.

Work with all three of HR Footprints' verticals - TalentMandi (recruitment services), HR Studio (HR services) and LQube (learning services) - developing customized end-to-end HR solutions for organisations.

Part of the research and development team for Mindspark, a personalized, adaptive online learning tool for students to learn with understanding. Developed game-based assessment and remediation activities to help improve students' learning and engagement levels. Conducted seminars on the 'Future of Assessments' for school principals and key decision makers across India. Research on learning styles and difficulties of children from low income backgrounds.

The role involved creating soft skill training material, attending and observing corporate training sessions and research on the social psychological effects of positive and negative reinforcement in organisations, employee drive, employee engagement and social motivation.
