After studying Psychology for 7 years, I decided to shift gears in my career path. I transitioned from counseling and mentoring young adults, to product marketing, and now brand marketing. The interplay between human/consumer psychology, marketing, and technology is what keeps me going. I’m skilled in handling product messaging, demand generation, and conducting competitive analysis. My areas of expertise lie in writing blogs, webpages, product emailers, in-app messages, newsletters, hosting webinars, creating user guides, developing customer case studies, and running various types of online campaigns. I’ve written copy for different social media creatives, adwords, and driven design-related activities for several teams. In addition to that, I’ve created sales-enablement collaterals for sales engineers, handled logistics for events, participated in conferences/trade shows from around the world. Along with social, product, and content marketing, I’ve also enabled the growth of our Zoho Partner Network extensively. My focus lies on amplifying and evangelizing the brand, and unifying the voice for all products of Zoho.com across popular social channels.
