I am a collective impact strategist with over two decades of experience in establishing and leading large-scale efforts serving children and families in the U.S. and India. I have a solid track record of leading data-driven systems change efforts with a focus on racial and social justice. I shepherded the integration of racial equity benchmarks into StriveTogether’s theory of action and facilitated the launch of systems indicators, a new body of work to measure progress in systems. As a member of Montgomery County, Ohio’s collective impact effort, I led the local Campaign for Grade-Level Reading, which won the All-America City Award in 2017, spearheaded the launch of the education race equity agenda in the community, and launched the city’s first out-of-school collaborative. I hold masters’ degrees in social work and public policy from The Ohio State University (OSU) and am currently a PhD student at OSU. I was named a Children and Family Fellow by the Annie E. Casey Foundation in 2016 and inducted into the OSU College of Social Work’s Hall of Fame in 2021.
