• Working on a Cardiac Energy Harvesting Device supervised by Johnson&Johnson company (J&J) to study and develop an energy harvesting device to extend the lifetime of cardiac implantable devices like pacemakers implanted inside the heart.• Working on a portable 3D printable harvesting device that utilizes mechanical beating of the heart and electromagnetic induction to harvest and supply energy to the battery of a pacemaker to improve its life expectancy.• Managed, organized, and scheduled a 4-member design team of BME students with being the only MSE major, and assigned tasks and responsibilities for each member to ensure maximum productivity is achieved.• Manufactured the cheapest version of harvesting device for around $100 that increases the life-space of leadless pacemakers to ensure patients do not have to undergo pacemaker replacement surgeries causing tissue damage and infection.

• Worked and collaborated with Engineering Student Council (ESC), the Engineering Senator, and other engineering organizations to listen to the engineering student body's needs and concerns, gauge the degree of support for each legislation, and help draft legislation in ASUCI supporting the engineering student body.• Managed the inventory transaction processes to ensure inventory accuracy and timeliness generated from cut lists and material requisitions. This also included data entry and importing data into requisition and inventory systems.

• Working with the Thermal-Vacuum Team to design, test, and manufacture a thermal vacuum chamber capable of simulating the conditions found in Sun-Synchronous Orbit (SSO) using electrophoretic displays and smart glass technology.• Working on a Variable Emittance Device (VED) to improve thermal control of spacecraft and small satellites. The device uses a small voltage to instantly change its color, and thus its thermal emissivity, using experimental electrochemistry.• Performing Life Cycle Analysis by tracking and analyzing chamber materials and evaluate for system failures, thermal expansion, and contraction to ensure an engineering safety factor of 2 for average chamber temperature coefficient.• Performed Pump Analysis to modulate low-pressure conditions in the chamber to ensure CubeSat’s safety by creating CAD models in SolidWorks to perform pressure simulations and calculations in MATLAB.
