As a Technical Lead at Mindtree Ltd, I analyzed business requirements with architects and created high/low level design documents. I successfully led a transition at LINK Australia and subsequently led offshore teams for delivering application customization of ‘EmployerAccess’ application for multiple end clients. I performed code reviews of offshore delivery items and conducted technical/business sessions. I was a transition manager for Store back-office applications at Myer Australia and led the project from onshore for a year. I optimized long running SQL jobs, redesigned, and architected multiple old running SQL jobs to improve performance and the ability to process increased volume of data. I reduced execution time by more than 50%, thus data volume increased by two times. I worked on application migration strategy to migrate existing applications from 2.0 to 4.0 .NET platform, and worked on process improvement by implementing LEAN (Six Sigma) practice.
