With experience in content moderation, team management, and accounting, I have developed a diverse skill set that I bring to every project I work on.Currently working as a Content Moderator at Webhelp India in Gurgaon, I am responsible for creating dashboards for management, maintaining SLAs and latency, and checking for violations in content. In the absence of a Team Leader, I led a team of 8 people and have gained knowledge in creating RCA for Quality. Additionally, I create rosters and track employee leaves to ensure seamless operations.Previously, I worked as an Accountant at Gopal Associate in Siliguri, where I was responsible for maintaining day end reports, tracking sales and purchases, and filing GST returns. During my tenure, I was able to grasp knowledge in GST filing and financial accounting.I graduated with a B.Com degree from Siliguri College of Commerce, where I was a part of the college youth club and led the college cricket team. I am proud to have received awards such as 1st place in School Chess Competition, Captain of District Cricket, and 3rd place in Inter-School Chess Competition.One of my most notable projects was BADNESS, where I was one of 10 people selected out of over 100 moderators. This process required direct client communication and involved ramping up scores to 97% each week. Our team's success led to more business for the company and eventually resulted in more moderators being added to the process.I possess a variety of technical and soft skills, including MS Excel, Power BI, SQL Basic, communication, critical thinking, leadership, and GST filing. Moreover, I am proficient in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Nepali, Bengali, Bhojpuri, and Marwari.Overall, I am a dedicated and hardworking individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality work.
