Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend relevant services, such as Power of Attorney, Last Will and Testament, Notarization, Legalization, Certified True Copy and Witnessing of Signatures, Translation and Contracts/Agreements based on their personal & business objectives.2. Actively promote full range of services including cross selling and up selling to new and existing clients.3. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to service delivery, ensuring smooth coordination and timely follow-up on client requirements and work closely with clients to close deals.4. Offer ongoing support and address client queries post-sales, regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any additional requirements they may have for their business.
