Research ScholarD.R.D.E Mar 2010 - Oct 2017to develop electrochemical biosensor based on nanoparticles-biomolecules hybrid system. I developed electrochemical and spectroscopic techniques for the pathogens of clinical importance, disease markers in human clinical samples using DNA and immunosensors. In this regard I used gold, platinum, palladium nanoparticles, graphene quantum dots, CNT-Au NP, graphene-Pd NP hybrid system for the immobilization of biomolecules and use their electrocatalytic activity to improve the performance of the biosensor.• Biosensors: Enzyme based biosensors, Non-enzymatic biosensors, Immunosensors, Genosensors.• Nanomaterials: Metal (AuNPs, PdNPs, PtNPs, CeNPs), Metal hybrid (AuNPs-PdNPs, CNT-AuNPs, Graphene-PdNPs, Graphene-PtNPs), nonmetal (Silica nanoparticle, graphene quantum dots, graphene aerogel), sol gel based nanomaterials.• Fabrication methods: Sol gel based matrix: SAM self-assembled monolayer, nafion as matrix.
