Ritu Goyal was responsible for Secretarial, Corporate Legal, Financial Management, Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate Governance and Corporate Restructuring of the entire CHD Group. # She was responsible for providing advisory to the Board & Senior Management regarding the Compliance Management, IPR Strategy and Corporate Restructuring;# She had executed several crucial transactions for CHD including Takeover of Companies, diversification of business, Demerger of Units through Slump Sale, Tax Search and so on;# She had also secured crucial Intellectual Property rights for CHD and its Group Companies; and# She was involved in several Business Deals of CHD including negotiation & finalisation of Shareholders Agreements, Transfer of Property Agreements, MOU, Term Sheets, Loan Agreements and Security Documents for CHD; and# She played a key role in providing advisory to Business development team through due diligence of Business Partners and Property.
