Preparation & finalization of Vat, Service Tax, TDS, Service Tax calculation and deposition. Maintaining Cenvat Credit Register.TDS Return Filing & Service Tax Return preparation & deposition.  Vendor Payment confirmation & Vendor Management. Verify Vendor accounts by reconciling statements and transactions. Preparing monthly Vendor reports .Vendor Agreement & PO Creation. Employee Reimbursement Claim Verification & Employee travel claim settlement as per policy. Monthly/Weekly, WC Report, & Fund Flow report as require by Management. Bank Reconciliation & Balance Confirmation. Assist Monthly/Yearly Closing book of Account. Maintaining financial information through files and Documents.

 Handling Cash transaction, Bank Reconciliation, Debtors, Creditors ledger Reconciliation. Maintaining Accounts Payable & Day to Day General Accounting. Booking Vendor Expenses, Invoicing in tally(challan,PI,sales order etc) in tally.  Verifies Vendor accounts by reconciling statements and transactions. Preparing monthly Vendor reports and assisting in month end closing. Monthly/Quarterly Filling of TDS, VAT, Central Sale Tax (CST). E-Sanchar Generation. Stock detail for bank & Vat return preparation, & monthly payment of TDS & VAT FORM-38(Road permit),FORM-16A issued for purpose of TDS & Sales Tax. Booking of Export /Domestic (Vendor) Invoice in Tally ERP.9. Booking Fright Expenses, Charges & Transporter Invoice. Reconciliation & Verification of Vendor invoice & Purchase order.  Maintain Revenue accounts in terms of buyer payment.
