Goenka Public School, Sector 22, Rohini, for eleven years an institution which has set a benchmark in the sphere of academics, co-curricular activities, sports and social equity programs .As a head of different institutions, my foundational doctrine has been the articulation of a clear and long term school vision that breeds inspiration and kindles the dormant faculties and talents of the students.I have resolutely focused on outcomes, using data at all levels to ensure that activity is not mistaken for progress. Establishing credibility with communities – administration, faculty, students, parents and key stakeholders, I have always strived to serve as a liaison between confederacies thus maintaining a strong, positive school culture. While remaining committed and connected to all my students, my particular focus has been on recruitment, coaching, managing, mentoring and professional development of the school staff to ensure high academic achievement for all students. As the instructional leader of a school, it has been my vocation to ensure that every teacher and every student is encouraged with germane opportunities to experiment and explore the avant-garde methodological practices.A practitioner of Multiple Intelligence approach to the learning process, it is my firm belief that class room transaction should be oriented towards meeting individual's needs. Devoid of any dispirited intellectual charade, a classroom should be marked with wonders of exploration, experience and expectation attesting Total Quality Management in education.
