Technical report writing on SFD (Shit Flow Diagram) toolDevelopment of training manual on GEDSI in urban sanitation

With the support of Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) under "Pilot Implementation of Fecal Sludge Management in Nepal project, I was involved in project coordination with local municipalities in advocating and lobbying the development of FSM by-laws by conduction of City Wide Inclusive Sanitation (CWIS) orientation in municipalities. This project was focused on sustainable sanitation thereby added advantage in boosting my experience in advocacy and lobbying in local government in sustainable sanitaiton. Also, I was part of event preparation, project management and logistic management in this job title.

Supported by Oxfam Nepal, I was a part of "Hygiene and Behavior Change Coalition Project" as a Assistant PHP Officer. My key roles for the project was to implement the Mums Magic Hands tools in the community - a tool to improve the handwashing practice in community. A focus group discussion, team building activities were designed and implemented in field in order to reduce the spread of COVID 19 in community.

My key roles for this position was to preparation of project reports, news, articles for organization website. A central based position under Knowledge Management Section, I led in preparation of annual reports for the organization for AGM. Also, I was a part of producing IECs, articles, case stories booklet, hands-out and newsletter. I, also was a part of concept designing of illustrations used in IECs materials, and other publications.
