-Reviewing contracts to determine all financial elements of the transaction-Validating and finalize project setup in FinancialForce in accordance to Finance Governance policy-Managing new order bookings and backlogs-Update Opportunities in Salesforce based on order booking-Setup and track Work at Risk projects-Review and approve the Budget Change Requests (BCRs)-Reconcile revenue, billing and order attributes across ERP, Workday and FinancialForce. Coordinate updates and fixes when items in the reconciliation items are found-Review and summarize weekly revenue in FFDC-Analyze project financial or system issues and implement resolution-Fulfill tasks as Junior Revenue Manager for standalone services deals < $1M-Build relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of information needed in FinancialForce-Identify and drive on-going process improvements and efficiencies-Help drive change management through communication and training as initiatives are implemented.

-Coordination with project team and various Internal teams like staffing team, Billing and collections team,Deal administration team, Finance team etc. Managing project lifecycle, staffing pipeline and invoicing for theclient account, which involves Oracle management, coordination with Sapient team working on the client site.- Identifying any operational issues, which might have impact on financials, coordinating with stakeholder,escalating to next level and raising flag to management for visibility.- Working with Client executive on revenue forecast for the account and categories the same in firm revenue andopportunity.- Understanding the new client contracts and preparing the detailed SOP’s to be followed for account to ensurecompliance with the signed contracts.- Streamlined the current portfolio with clearing all the backlog transaction and outlines the SOP’s to be followedconsidering current contract and client expectation to ensure smooth operations.- Onboarded three new clients and started from scratch right from projection creation, resource staffing etc. to meet client requirements.

-Responsible to review the various transactions approved by team members within Receivable Management like CI request, Invoice generated, cash application etc. to ensure no accuracy miss, correct invoice submission to client, cash application with remittance only etc. to avoid any external audit failure.- Preparation of various reports and monthly dashboard for management review

-Responsible to manage Expense Management Software which required to review thepayment and expense request submitted in the system pertaining to lease, training,lodging, travel or any other related expenses by resources while getting relocated todifferent geographies.-Managing the audit of invoices submitted by vendors for the services or assetsprovided by them within the pre-approved budget allocated in organization policy orcontract and schedule the same for payment.-Received Employee of the month award for processing maximum payment requestduring the month with 100% accuracy.-Managed common mailbox for any queries/escalation raised by internal or externalstakeholder related to payment release and ensure that the query is resolved within 48 hours of SLA time.
