1.Reroute the traffic by using command on HUAWEI Softswitch3000.2.Add E1 in TX part, and Core Part. Sometimes need to loop back E1 physically or logically. Could do SNCP in Tx part.3.Checked datacom configuration if faced any problem on Telco side or internet connectivity of our company network.4.Execute any command need basis on softswitch3000 & UMG (circuit unblock, CDR check, modular status check for load balancing etc.).5.Have changed of any configuration if required on datacom equipment (Cisco & Huawei router, switch & Firewall).6.Monitoring current alarm of individual monitors of Tx,Core & Datacom on link down issue & take necessary steps to solve it.7.Provide feedback after checking at our end and maintain liaison with all NOC team of the telecom industry & sister organization including BTRC.8.Take responsible for Data-com part monitoring.9.Have to prepare daily power reports & formulate orders of the supervisor/higher authority relating to technical matter or fault.10.Checking CCR & ACR by hourly monitoring.11.Have mailed to other concern to let them any update about system, replied based on query & also inform any link problem issue12.Have to sincere at my job responsibilities and have the ability to solve by own or discussed with supervisor.13.Work independently, determine priorities and make appropriate decisions.14.Flexibility and ability to work under changing priorities and workloads.15.Ability to handle confidential information in a trustworthy manner.
