Job Responsibilities• Responsible for managing several requirements from Accounts Manager.• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different skill set categories.• Sourcing, screening and short listing resumes by searching in jobsites such as Monster, Dice and internal database and referrals.• Identifying the right candidates residing in US OR candidates holding valid US work permit.• Conducting Telephonic Interviews with candidates to assess their personnel, technical skills.• Discussing the details with the short listed candidates, matching the skills with requirement.• Has worked extensively on Corp-Corp, W2 and 1099 Tax terms.• Negotiating Rates with the Candidates on the basis of W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp.• Confirm availability of the candidates, and passing their details to BDM.

Job Responsibilities• Full-life-cycle recruitment.• Detailed sourcing of candidates through various Job Portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder Google searches when required.• Initial screening of resumes and short listing of resumes based on clients job specifications.• Manage the entire process from conducting initial rounds of interview for the candidates, scheduling candidates at the client’s location, follow up with the candidates and follow up on candidate status with the Account Managers.• Very strong with networking and relationship building. • Strong Negotiation and Closure skills and build a strong in-house resume database for future use.• Recorded applicant information accurately into company database to maintain accurate information relating to each individual and status of their submittals.• Formatting the resume of the consultant in a professional way before submitting to accounts manager• Learned and earned a good knowledge of recruiting and understanding of US market, researched all the process, from resume submission to the client, till the paper work done.
