During my tenure as an intern at Fundsroom, I had the privilege of managing a team of 30 dedicated interns spread across India, overseeing live projects and ensuring their successful execution. I played a pivotal role in equipping the team with essential skills, offering training in Power BI, imparting foundational knowledge of the stock market, and instructing on portfolio allotment strategies. Going above and beyond, I also conducted telephonic interviews for 80+ prospective interns for live projects nationwide. This experience has left an indelible mark on me, and I will forever cherish the camaraderie and growth I experienced during my first internship, fostering an enriching professional environment.
