I am an Aerospace Manufacturing Student with experience in Composites and Advanced Materials. I hold a Postgraduate degree in Applied Aerospace Manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering. I have experience in conventional and modern aerospace manufacturing techniques, avionics system design, and fabrication. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge of mould design, material properties and selection, and various testing methods. My expertise in Reinforcement materials like Fiberglass, Carbon fibre, Aramid, Prepregs and Cores such as Honeycomb and foam of different shape and density allows me to make parts and panels with high accuracy to meet tight tolerances. I have hands-on experience in Aerospace components manufacturing methods and practices such as Aluminium rep0lacement Panel making, Avionics wire Harness, Hydraulic Hose Making, and Rigging Aircraft controls, and Composite Material Quality and Strength Testing. I am proficient in software’s such as CREO Parametric, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS, and CATIA. I am passionate about RC Drone and Aircraft Fabrication and Piloting.
