I want to gain a dynamic and challenging role in the area of Geoinformatics precisely Geographical Information System (GIS) and the other areas of emerging technologies that will offer me the best opportunity for further development of my abilities, skills and knowledge.I have M.Sc. Degree in Geoinformatics and I have honours in geography background from university of Calcutta and currently my emphasis is on understanding remote sensing and GIS.I gained knowledge in my academic courses such as Remote Sensing, Digital Image Processing, Introduction Of Geographical Information System, Principles Of Geoinformatics , Digital Photogrammetry, Spatial Data Modeling, Environmental Statistics, Law And Policy Of Maps And Remote Sensing, Advances In Gis And Current Trends, Advances In Remote Sensing And Multivariate Data Analysis, Satellite Meteorology, Web GIS. Along with the academics courses I have earned diploma course on applied remote sensing and GIS.Under my academics, I have gain tool based knowledge in the fields of geoinformatics such as QGIS, ARCGIS, Erdas Imagine, TNT Mips , MapInfo, R-Software. I have sound computer skills in MS office, Mini tab, My SQL Oracle, Grads, Snap Tool.
