    Project: Automated parking assistance system for commercial parking areas.Hardware used: LPC2388 (On MCB2300 evaluation board), L293D.Tools used: Keil IDE-V4.20, Flash Magic, Hyper Terminal.Protocols Used: SPI.Roles and Responsibilities: a.Was involved with the communication between the entry and exit of the parking space. b.The protocol used for this communication was the SPI protocol.c.The communication basically was done in order to read the data in the first microcontroller board(in our case ARM7), such that the user could enter the details of the car and check for the availability of the parking space. Also, the entry time of the vehicle was noted down.d.This data was then transferred to the second microcontroller board(again ARM7) such that the details could be retained and the time duration of the parking of the vehicle can be noted.e.For this we used a triggered RTOS so that the timing of the parking of the vehicle could be noted and the respective amount could be calculated and the user would be provided with the bill.
