The role of a testing engineer has always been exciting for me, and along with it, the new technology in this area keeps on increasing which gives me scope to learn.

1.Verification of Process line and line balancing as per requirement. 2.Devloped new jig & Fixture to new projects to improve assembly efficiency. 3.Trial of the New product (Assembly, Testing & Packing.) 4.Controlling of FTR by ensuring timely identification and analysis of model rejection andaccordingly to maintain daily production.4.RCA using by 4M method and give Corrective action and Preventive action (CAPA).5.End to end Project management of new project. 6.Ensure continuous improvement project to enhance quality , Production and reduce rework /rejection by innovation and automation.7.Responsible for technical training to repair team regarding new failure analysis and productionteams, to control rejection and increases efficiency.

1.Check and set all parameters of equipment according to SOP. Manage problems regarding MES onrunning line. 2.Follow up & Feedback to Project management i.e. Software SQA, Material supplier vendor, ChinaR&D and SMT team.3.Responsible for production Plan Layout, set-up & installation of new production equipment.Optimize, setup/programs to improve effectiveness.4.Rework and repair process development. 5.Responsible for preventive maintenance of machines for minimizing downtime of all Assembly andTesting Machines. 6.Responsible for which Software will run in which Model, as Main-board and Model requirements.

1.Setup line and equipment according to SOP2.Responsible for MES, scanning of all accessories/parts from Assembly to packing.3.Responsible for the major issue of the Tester retest & miss-detect rate, testing machine. 4.Responsible for preventive maintenance of machines for minimizing downtimes of all Assembly and Testing Machines.5.Maintain PY & FPY
