We closely partner with Venture Capitalists, Founders and C-suite of disruptive and innovative brands in the technology and non-technology space.Responsibilities:• Work closely with Founders and their investors for all their critical leadership requirements• Focus on hiring for Senior Leadership positions across different functions in varied industries including early-stage start-ups, IT, ITES, Fintech, Technology, BFSI etc.

• Hand-on in setting up complete recruitment function from scratch including:• Team building – Hiring, Training recruiters• Compliance set-up • Adopted and implemented best client engagement practices • New Client Lead generation and closing the deal and generating repeat business• Hands-on with end to end recruitment process including sourcing, scheduling, offer negotiation & fitment.• Closed co-ordination with Hiring Managers & Clients and Candidates to ensure joining of candidate.• Shelling out resume post identifying correct sources and channel.• Maintaining various offer matrix and recruitment dashboard for timely information to stakeholder and client• Hire, train and build the required expertise and capacity within the talent acquisition team to support the business requirements.• Leading Candidate Engagement & Experience Programs.• Hiring for High End Technology & Product folks.• Responsible for development of Recruiting plan, managing cost. Ensuring compliance on all important matrixes of TAT and quality of hire.• Handled a team of 4 recruiter and responsible for their people management including, one-one discussion, passing feedback, performance discussion and appraisal• Handled candidate engagement program for key clients• Handling all operations in Recruitment including, Background/Reference checks, documentation, onboarding of new hire.• Close coordination with team to ensure process adherence and involved in periodic audits of process.• Hands on with multiple reporting and dashboard creation for internal reporting and client reporting.• Excellent with MS-Office package including excel and PowerPoint

• Recruitment and Selection: Managing full RLC (Recruitment life Cycle).• Shelling out resumes against different requirements, checking them against different specifications set by internal client such as skill set, salary range, relocation etc.• Manage and develop the database for optimum utilization. Use all methodologies of sourcing like Headhunting, Networking, Reference Lead Generation.• Involve in Client Management, sharing the Quality CV with Client, keeping track of each and every talent sourced.• Handled multiple walk-in at client place.• Daily snapshot, PO Status and other process related reports.

• Searching Resume using various sources: - Portals like Naukri, Monster and Timesjobs, Mass Mailing, Head Hunting, Internal References and External References.• Screening Resumes.• Handling first round of HR Interview to judge the candidate's suitability, attitude, academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc.• Salary Negotiation.• Scheduling Interviews.• Maintaining the details of candidates in a track sheet.• Conducting and coordinating walk-in drives and weekly line ups.• Screening and maintaining the databank for CVs of candidates for process flow of Recruitment activity.• To bring in quality resources within the company – Right person at right place.
