-Perform frequent patient procedures, including ultrasounds and interferential electrical stimulation, and accurately report on treatment response-Provide support to other clinic staff and coordinate all care efforts, including material and equipment prep, area maintenance, inventory levels, and entry-level technician training-Perform practice management duties such as verifying patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits, working with payers on authorization issues and calculating and communicating patient liabilities. -Serve as the primary point of contact to assist patients as well as physical therapists, and facilitate communication between other medical staff, family members, and patients-Develop and maintain competencies and knowledge of medical techniques, information, conditions, treatments, and new developments and therapies

-Assigned performance improvement role focused on mislabeled specimens in an effort to increase the quality of patient care and decrease errors in misdiagnosing and mistreating patients. Drafted and presented process flows and recommendations for collecting specimens of various patient types in an effort to identify variation and process gaps for two Emergency room departments. -Provided education to hospital staff on Lean Six Sigma methodology and how to use it to breakdown performance improvement projects-Created the Performance Improvement Showcase, which demonstrated the progress and results of different projects/implementations to in an effort to improve all four hospitals
