New claim handling tool was developed for more effective claim handling including root-cause analyses, follow-up of corrective & preventive actions as well as of claim handling time. Resulting in quicker claim handling and efficient corrective actions.Customer trial order process and it's development. New Trial order handling tool was created which ensures that trial orders are handled efficiently, delivered on time and that feed-back is received for starting new businesses faster.Product portfolio management.Creating and maintaining Technical Data sheets for Mondi Lohja's products.Preparation of the technical sales material for sales and customers, as well as training of the sales force and mill personnel.Collecting information about end-uses, thus increasing application knowledge within the network.Supporting and leading of R&D projects.Handling of customer questionnaires and statements, and providing with needed data.Member of the mill's hygiene group.Supporting and participating in the different QMS and customer audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, BRC/IoP).
