- Consulting work on procurement project negotiations for one of the largest telecoms companies in UK. Reviewing online eCommerce suppliers and third party service providers. Working in an agile environment.- Reviewing Failed Credit User project and potential solution providers. Analysing agreements and future benefits, potential impact on back end systems and logistics.- Gathering insights, creating reports and recommendations.

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of business regarding material, equipment orders, electronics, components and services, transportation and forwarding from warehouses. Executing all necessary customs procedures. Monitoring of equipment and material purchases of Technical Department.- Organizing procurement tenders, leading negotiations, reviewing agreements and closing contracts.- Managing a small team (10+) of diverse individuals. Contributing to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team. Managing the relationships with and performance of international third party logistics providers.- Owning regional contacts, carriers and other official authorities. Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders. Monitoring of annual investment budget implementation of Technical Department Execution.- Issuing invoices, debits, credit, and returns as necessitated by order discrepancies, changes, damage or miss-shipments. Managing repair logistics and maintenance.

- Controlling revenue budgets for warehousing, storage and carriage. Identifying cost savings.- Recruiting and training of all staff both temporary and permanent, direct and indirect reports.- Support and supply third party warehouse providers. Control of stock levels companywide to ensure highest standards in stock accuracy.- Ensuring all company’s health, safety, and legal procedures involved within transport, legal and taxation documentation, stock and warehouse management and other requirements of the function. - Developing and maintaining solid working relationships and building partnerships with internal functions, external customers, suppliers, hauliers and carriers.
