With a background in practicing law at the District and Sessions Court in Dharamshala for the past 2.5 years, along with valuable work experiences at Jatalia Finance and The Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh under the guidance of esteemed legal professionals, I am confident in my abilities.During my tenure at the District and Sessions Court, I honed my skills in legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in various legal proceedings. This hands-on experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of legal procedures and the ability to navigate complex legal matters. Appearing as ab standing counsel for the company namely Shri ram Finance and handling their cases of arbitration and Negotiable instrument Act since last 2 years.Additionally, my internships at Jatalia Finance and the Himachal Pradesh High Court exposed me to different facets of the legal profession, including corporate law and judicial proceedings.
